DataBolt provides an AI-powered web scraping and data extraction platform. Users may submit URLs and receive structured data in return. The Service operates on a credit-based model — each successful scrape consumes one credit.

• New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration.
• Additional credits may be purchased via the in-app checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. A credit is consumed when a scrape request completes, regardless of whether the extracted data meets your expectations.
• Unused credits do not expire, but are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of DataBolt complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of any website you scrape. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Scrape websites that explicitly prohibit it in their robots.txt or Terms of Service.
• Collect personal data of individuals without a lawful basis under applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or place excessive load on third-party servers.
• Extract or republish copyrighted content in violation of copyright law.
• Engage in any illegal activity or facilitate harm to others.

DataBolt is a tool. We are not responsible for how you use the data you extract. Misuse of the Service may result in immediate account termination.

DataBolt uses AI models (including OpenAI GPT-4o) to extract and analyze web data. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misformatted. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for verifying any data before using it in business, legal, financial, or other critical decisions.

DataBolt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you extract using the Service, subject to the rights of the original website owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataBolt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.
